Making this for the second time, it was so delicious. This time I’m trying not to use too much oil, but the key is definitely sautéing each vegetable separately. The flavours really come out. Thanks for sharing, chef!
I'm in agreement with Gerda about the tomato instructions:
• 4 tomatoes blanched, peeled and chopped. (got it!)
• Looks like there's more chopped tomatoes with freshly chopped basil mixed in a bowl. Is this the "reduced tomato mixture" mentioned in your recipe?
